KIEV, Jan. 13 – The structural reform of the Ukrainian aviation industry will be done through the privatization of sector companies with the attraction of foreign investment, taking into account situation in the high-technology sector and retaining the state's influence on taking strategic decisions.


Naftogaz asks Russia’s Gazprom to lend it gas to maintain pipeline

KIEV, Jan. 14 - The Ukrainian national energy trader Naftogaz Ukrayiny is asking Gazprom to lend it a necessary amount of so-called technological natural gas, i.e. gas used solely to maintain pressure in the gas pipeline system, to ensure gas transit to Europe across Ukraine, Naftogaz Chairman Oleh Dubyna said at a news briefing in Kiev on Wednesday.


Ukraine cannot help Slovakia with natural gas shortfall, says PM

Yushchenko: Ukraine to use crisis to push Odessa-Brody pipeline

KIEV, Jan. 14 – Ukraine will present a feasibility study for the Odessa-Brody oil pipeline, designed to pump Caspian oil to Europe, at a meeting in Brussels within several weeks, President Viktor Yushchenko said.
