KIEV, Feb. 5 – Ukraine and Japan have signed an Investment Promotion and Protection Agreement in Kiev on Thursday.

Japanese Ambassador to Ukraine Shigeki Sumi and Economic Development and Trade Minister Aivaras Abromavicius signed the agreement.

"The agreement was reached by our presidents in October 2014. The agreement is aimed at protecting investors of the two countries," Abromavicius said.
