KIEV, Jan. 12 - President Viktor Yushchenko urged Parliament Thursday to recall its no-confidence vote in the government and said he will not accept the vote that he again named ???unconstitutional???.

Parliament reacted on Thursday by preparing to extend its session for a week in a move that may signal a further escalation of the standoff with the president, analysts said.
