KIEV, Jan. 11 ??“ Russia's plans to build a natural gas pipeline via the Baltic Sea may hurt Ukraine and the European Union, former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko said in an article published Wednesday.

"The proposed gas pipeline??¦ is a threat, as it may allow Gazprom to block gas supplies to its customers without interrupting supplies to its beloved western markets," Tymoshenko said.
