KIEV, Jan. 26 - Ukraine’s daily imports of European natural gas via Hungary increased by 38% to 3.7 million cubic meters on January 24, compared with about 2.7 million cu m earlier in January, UkrTransGaz, the state gas shipper, reported Monday.
Ukraine resumed imports of European natural gas via Hungary on January 10, about three months after such supplies had been suspended.
Ukraine imported more than 41 million cu m of gas from Hungary in January 10 through January 24, UkrTransGaz said.
