KIEV, Jan. 13 – A delay in the adoption of a cabinet resolution on the approved list of goods, exports and imports which are to be subject to licensing and quotas for 2015 could result in a sowing campaign failure and the loss of Ukraine's position in the international grain export market, the European Business Association has said.

According to an EBA press release issued on Tuesday, the problem is linked to the actual stoppage of imports of plant protection agents, the use of which is one of the key factors in realizing large crop yields.
