KIEV, Jan. 14 - A further escalation of the internal and external geopolitical crisis in Ukraine brings a risk of default on external and internal liabilities of the country, Moody's Investors Service has said.

According to the report of Moody's, fragile external finances, in particular the very low level of foreign exchange reserves (which stood at $9 billion at the end of November), represent Ukraine's key vulnerability right now.
