KIEV, Jan. 12 – Dmytro Firtash's Ostchem holding has finished negotiations with Russia's Gazprombank on settling a disputed debt worth $842.5 million.

"All disputable issues have been settled, constructive dialog between the two partners – borrower and the bank – has been finished. Gazprombank understands the difficult situation is linked to events in Ukraine. Mutually beneficial decisions have been made, the details of which will not be disclosed. Ostchem is thankful to Gazprombank for its trust and the possibility of further cooperation," said Ostchem First Deputy Director General Oleh Kikta.
