KIEV, Dec. 29 – Additional taxes on imports into Ukraine will be levied only after productive talks with the European Union, said Yuriy Lutsenko leader of the Petro Poroshenko Bloc faction.

"If such talks are productive, such a measure is possible for the sake of support for the balance of payments. Yet, it won't concern medicines, fuel and lubricating materials," he said at a briefing in Kiev on Sunday.
