KIEV, Dec. 19 – Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk has ordered relevant ministries and agencies to reduce the number of rolling blackouts in Ukraine by the start of 2015.

"By the New Year, we should at least reduce the number of rolling blackouts," Yatseniuk said after a closed meeting of the cabinet on Friday.

Yatseniuk ordered Energy and Coal Industry Minister Volodymyr Demchyshyn to take the relevant steps.
