KIEV, Dec. 29 ??“ Ukraine's largest assets management company System Capital Management (SCM) has decided not to bid for Pakistan Steel Mills Corporation (PSMC), the company said Wednesday.

This decision was made after SCM experts had analyzed PSMC's documents following their visit to the plant and examination of the information provided by the Privatization Commission of Pakistan, the SCM said in a press release.
