KIEV, Dec. 10 – The Finance Ministry plans after the work of the International Monetary Fund mission to prepare a new memorandum on economic and financial policies.

"According to the outcome of the mission's work, there will be prepared a draft letter of intent of the government and the National Bank of Ukraine and the memorandum on economic and financial policies, which will present preliminary measures and structural beacons, the implementation of which will allow the country to obtain necessary funding," reads a posting on the website of the Finance Ministry.
