KIEV, Dec. 29 ??“ The Ukrainian government plans to attract about 40 billion hryvnias within 3-4 years to implement the energy saving programs, Industrial Policy Minister Volodymyr Shandra said Wednesday.

Among the measures to be financed by the investments, Shandra mentioned improving technology in the steel sector that would provide saving of more than 5 bcm of gas annually, Shandra said.
