KIEV, Dec. 10 - The Ukrainian government plans to complete the construction of units three and four of the Khmelnytsky nuclear power plant in 2020, as evidenced by a cabinet action program published on the government web portal on Tuesday evening.

Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk had said earlier in presenting the program that the two new units of the Khmelnytsky plant should be put into operation in 2018.
