KIEV, Dec. 4 - Luhanskteplovoz, owned by Russia's Transmashholding (TMH), has denied mass media that it dismantling equipment at its plant for shipment to Russia.

According to the website of the company, now its staff and production facilities are fully loaded fulfilling the contract for the supply of trunk freight locomotives for foreign railways.
