KIEV, Dec. 4 – The State Property Fund plans to sell 25% of DTEK Dniproenergo, 25% of Donbasenergo, 10% of Centrenergo and 5% of Odessa Port-Side Plant.

According to a Wednesday official report of the fund in the Vidomosti Pryvatyzatsii newspaper, the sale of 10% of shares in Centrenergo, the last heat generating company in which the state retains control, with the initial price of UAH 257.6 million or UAH 6.973 per share (face value UAH 1.30) is scheduled for December 24 on the Ukrainian interbank currency exchange.
