LUHANSK, Dec. 28 - Stakhanov Ferroalloy Works, the country??™s third-largest producer of ferroalloys, may cease operations as the electricity price is too high for the enterprise, head of the fuel and energy department of the Luhansk regional administration Ihor Tokarev said Friday.

He said that the electricity price for population is UAH 0.15 per kilowatt-hour and for the industrial enterprises it is UAH 0.3 representative kilowatt-hour, while the real cost is UAH 0.22-0.23.
