LVIV, Dec. 28 - The Russian gas giant Gazprom has no legal grounds to stop gas deliveries to Ukrainian consumers, Naftogaz Ukrayiny CEO Oleksiy Ivchenko said during a visit to Lviv region on Sunday.

Relations between Gazprom and Naftogaz Ukrayiny are governed by a long-term contract that sets the volumes and terms for the transit of Russian gas via Ukraine for the period between 2003 and 2013, he said.
