KIEV, Dec. 28 ??“ Germany??™s Deutsche Telecom and France??™s France Telecom, biggest world's telecommunication companies, may take part in privatization of Ukrainian national operator Ukrtelecom.

"I do not rule out the participation of Russian financial company Sistema. I am sure there will be some Ukrainian participants," CEO of Ukrtelecom, Heorhy Dzekon told Business on Monday.
