KIEV, Dec. 1 - Russia resumed some exports of coal to Ukraine, a week after shutting the exports down, but the supplies remain irregular, Yuriy Prodan, the acting energy and coal industry minister, said Monday.
“The imports of coal from Russia are currently carried out, but with certain problems,” Prodan told reporters. “Some parts of coal supplies are shipped, but some are delayed for no reason. It’s irregular.”
