KIEV, Nov. 27 - The Sloviansk thermal power plant (part of Donbasenergo) will buy coal from Snizhneantratsyt and possibly from Sverdlovantratsyt, both located in the military-operation zone in Donbas region, which are not controlled by the Ukrainian government, a Donbasenergo representative told the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Utilities in Kiev on Thursday.

"The matter (anthracite purchase) is being decided there: an agreement has already been signed with Snizhneantratsyt, and a decision is due on Sverdlovantratsyt. The best coal for the Sloviansk plant comes from Sverdlov[antratsyt]," she said.
