MOSCOW, Dec. 28 - Russian Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Sergei Ivanov believes that the size of the rent for the radar stations in Sevastopol and Mukacheve can be a subject of talks between Russia and Ukraine.

"The prices or rents of certain facilities were defined in the process of talks in the past. I cannot say now what the rent for a radar station is," he told the press in Naro-Fominsk near Moscow on Tuesday.
