ODESSA, Nov. 25 – Law enforcement has taken under guard fuel at Odessa oil refinery and is carrying out investigative actions, the Prosecutor General's Office in Odessa region told Interfax-Ukraine.

"Investigative actions are being carried out on the territory of Odessa oil refinery as a part of criminal proceedings. Under a court ruling State Guard officers have taken fuel under guard with the purpose of transferring the fuel to a state enterprise for storage," the Prosecutor General's Office said.
