KIEV, Nov. 20 – President Petro Poroshenko has signed a law ensuring the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons, which was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada on October 20 (bill No. 4490a-1).

"Internally displaced persons have received their status. The president has signed the law," Ukrainian presidential press secretary Sviatoslav Tseholko wrote on his page on Facebook on Wednesday.
