KIEV, Nov. 20 – Ukraine's National Commission for Energy and Housing and Utilities Services Regulation (NCER) may soon decide on the cancellation of incentives applied in electricity exports and electricity purchases by ferroalloy plants, Energy and Coal Industry Minister Yuriy Prodan said.

"The commission may take such decisions to cancel the benefits. Its status allows that," he told Interfax-Ukraine.

Prodan said that the ministry had contacted all related ministries and departments regarding this issue.
