KIEV, Nov. 6 – Mykola Tymchenko, the Ukrainian president's adviser and a candidate to Parliament from the Petro Poroshenko Bloc, believes the content part of the coalition agreement will be ready by November 15.

"I believe the [work on the] content part [of the agreement] should be completed as soon as Holos Ukrayiny publishes the outcome [of the October 26 parliamentary elections]," Tomenko told reporters in Kiev on Thursday, recalling that the election returns are to be published in the Holos Ukrayiny newspaper by November 15 under the current legislation.
