KIEV, Nov. 3 – The Cabinet of Ministers requires complete renewal, President Petro Poroshenko said.

"As for the composition of the government, the Cabinet of Ministers requires complete renewal, and liberation from unprofessionalism and corruption chains of the party-quota principle. It should be formed only on a professional basis, and it should finally start conducting reforms, relying on the parliament updated by more than half," reads a presidential address posted on the website of the head of state on Monday.

Poroshenko recalled that the future faction of the Bloc of Petro Poroshenko had responded to his initiative to support Arseniy Yatseniuk as head of the new government.
