KIEV, Nov. 3 – President Petro Poroshenko has congratulated Ukrainians on the occasion of the launch of the provisional application of the Ukraine-EU Association Agreement.

"Friends, from today the provisional application of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU is launched. I congratulate Ukraine!" the head of state wrote on his Twitter page early Saturday.

On his Facebook page he added that our next goal is to join the EU.
