KIEV, Oct. 29 – Ukraine will switch to a single wholesale price of gas for all categories of consumers starting May 2015, reads a draft coalition agreement proposed by the Petro Poroshenko Bloc and posted on its Web site on Wednesday.

"The liquidation of the many-level tariff system – the cancelation of the differentiated wholesale prices of gas for households, heat supply companies and commercial consumers from May 1, 2015. End/retail prices of natural gas for households and heat tariffs will be gradually brought to the economically justifiable level under the liabilities Ukraine taken to the International Monetary Fund. The transfer to targeted subsidies for socially unprotected population will be made, the size and mechanism of which administration is to be defined by local authorities," reads the report.
