KIEV, Oct. 24 - The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the Eastern European Energy Efficiency and Environment Partnership (E5P) and the Clean Technology Fund (CTF) will provide up to EUR14 million for the modernization of the district heating system of Lutsk.

According to a press release from the bank, the EBRD will issue a loan of up to EUR7 million, the CTF - a loan of EUR3 million to municipal company Lutskteplo. The project will also receive a grant of up to EUR4 million from E5P, in which the largest donor is the European Union.
