KIEV, Dec. 23 -- HeidelbergCement of Germany has acquired the Ukrainian cement producer Doncement via its Dutch subsidiary CBR Portland BV. The acquisition is still subject to the approval of the antimonopoly authorities, the buyer said in an announcement cited by Interfax-Ukraine.
