KIEV, Oct. 10 – President Petro Poroshenko introduced Hennadiy Moskal as the new head of Luhansk Regional Administration in Severodonetsk, which is currently performing the functions of the Ukrainian administrative center of Luhansk region, and called on the local authorities to coordinate their actions with the Cabinet of ministers and the army.
Speaking at a conference with the regional administrative and economic chiefs on Friday, Poroshenko said he had visited the Donetsk region earlier in the day, where three lines of defense are being built under his orders, the presidential press service reported.
