KIEV, Oct. 10 – PJSC Ukrnafta is to transfer about UAH 1.78 billion in dividends for 2011-2013 to Ukraine's national budget, NJSC Naftogaz Ukrayiny, which has a 50% plus one share in Ukrnafta, reported.

The decision to pay the dividend was taken at a special meeting of Ukrnafta's stockholders on Friday.

"The amount of profit due to be distributed is about UAH 3.79 billion. Of this, UAH 1.89 billion is to be transferred to the national budget. The latter sum includes UAH 120 million, which was already transferred by Ukrnafta [to the budget] in 2012," Naftogaz said in a press release issued following the meeting.
