KIEV, Oct. 10 – Specialists from the European Union will help Ukraine to assess ravages in Donbas, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Volodymyr Hroisman said.
The agreement was achieved at a meeting of Hroisman with Claus Sorensen, Director-General of the EU Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection department (ECHO) in Brussels on Thursday.
"The agreements on joint work of specialists from the EU and Ukraine on assessment of damage and top-priority measures to restore Donbas were achieved," reads the report.
