KIEV, Oct. 6 - A joint mission of the United Nations, World Bank and European Union that had spent one week in Ukraine at the request of the Ukrainian government has presented its recommendations for key measures to rebuild Donbas, the war-ravaged industrial area in eastern Ukraine.
The mission made its presentation at a meeting at the Ukrainian Ministry of Regional Development, on Friday. It also described the volume and nature of international aid that, in its opinion, is needed to rebuild Donbas, the ministry said in a statement.
