KIEV, Oct. 2 – Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk called for the speedy approval of a new military doctrine by the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC).

"We expect that the NSDC, through a presidential decree, to adopt a new military doctrine and present reforms and a new system of the army and armed forces of the country," he said at Kiev Borys Hrinchenko University in Kiev on Thursday.
