KIEV, Oct. 2 – The revenues of the general fund of Ukraine's national budget in September amounted to UAH 28.3 billion, which was 9.9% down on the target, the State Treasury office reported on its Web site.

"Shortfalls [in September totaled] UAH 3.1 billion," the report reads.

Revenues in August 2014 were UAH 32.2 billion, which was UAH 0.3 billion more than planned.
