KIEV, Dec. 21 ??“ The Ukrainian government has decided to call a tender for the right to sign a production sharing agreement (PSA) for prospecting of the oil and gas deposits in the Black Sea shelf located on the territory of Ukraine in the Kerch zone, and adopted the procedure of the tender, Environment Minister Pavel Ihnatenko told the press.

He forecasts that at least three foreign companies would be interested in the tender. The minister said that the participation of foreign companies is necessary for the tender to be a success, as domestic companies lack the necessary know-how.
