KIEV, Oct. 2 – Ukrainian Interior Minister, People's Front Military Council member Arsen Avakov has ruled out the construction of a wall between Ukraine and the territories controlled by militants.

Avakov was asked at a press conference in Kiev on Thursday whether a wall might be built between Ukraine and the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics. "No, I do not think so, because the Ukrainian borders are determined by international conventions and the border between Ukraine and Russia is known," he said.
