KIEV, Oct. 1– Top managers of Ukrtransgaz and representatives of financial institutions on September 29 and September 30 held negotiations on the modernization of the Urengoi-Pomary-Uzhgorod gas pipeline.

Ukrtransgaz reported that representatives of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the European Investment Bank took part in the meeting.

Along with industrial and technical tasks, the meeting participants discussed issues linked to the fulfillment of social requirements in the realization of the project.
