KIEV, Sept. 30 – It is currently possible to hold parliamentary elections in 11 constituencies in Donetsk region and four constituencies in Luhansk region, Central Election Commission Chairman Mykhailo Okhendovsky said.

"Now we can talk about the possibility of organizing and conducting the vote in at least 11 constituencies of Donetsk region and four constituencies of Luhansk region," he told journalists in Kiev on Tuesday.
