DONETSK, Sept. 24 - Pensions and wages to budget sector employees in Donetsk region, located on the territory not controlled by Ukrainian authorities, will not be paid, the director of the health department of Donetsk Regional State Administration, Olena Petriayeva, said at an online press conference.

"Pensions and wages to the public sector workers in the ATO area, according to information received from the central authorities, will not be paid," she said, adding that such a position of the central authorities "is not constructive and is leading the region to a humanitarian catastrophe."
