KIEV, Sept. 4 – The Ukrainian authorities are preparing to start building a wall on the border with Russia as part of "Stina" (Wall) project, Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk said.

"We are launching Project "Stina." A real state border will be constructed between Ukraine and the Russian Federation," Yatseniuk said.

He did not say exactly how the project would be carried out.
