MOSCOW, Sept. 2 - Upon the request of investigators, a court has placed under arrest the property of Ukrainian businessman Ihor Kolomoisky accused in Russia under the case on using banned war means and methods.

In particular, an office building in Moscow has been seized, Russian Investigative Committee spokesman Vladimir Markin told Interfax on Tuesday. The building belongs to Elite Holding and Kolomoisky is its co-founder.
