KIEV, Dec. 19 ??“ The Antimonopoly Committee has brought an action against one of Ukraine's large mobile communications operators - Kyivstar GSM - on charges of abuse of monopoly on the telecom market.

As the AMC reported, the Committee launched an investigation because the company refused to fulfill the AMC's recommendations and failed to prove fees it charges for connection.
