KIEV, Sept. 1 - Fitch Ratings has downgraded the city of Kiev's, the city of Kharkiv's and Odessa region's Long-term local currency Issuer Default Ratings (IDRs) to 'CCC' from 'B-'.

The agency also affirmed their Long-term foreign currency IDRs at 'CCC' and Short-term foreign currency IDRs at 'C', Fitch said in a statement.
