SIMFEROPOL, Aug. 27 - Activ Solar company, which has several large solar power plants in Crimea, owes some $300 million to banks, the head of the Crimean government, Sergei Aksionov, said.
"If the feed-in tariff is not introduced for solar power plants, Activ Solar will not be able to repay its credits. Maybe, a bankruptcy procedure will be launched, [there will be] a collection of funds, and finally the property of Activ Solar will be transferred to its creditors," Aksionov said in an interview with Interfax.
