KIEV, Dec. 16 ??“ Odessa maritime merchant port has drafted a development plan including eight investment projects worth $1.5 bln, Mykola Pavliuk, the head of the port, told Interfax-Ukraine on Thursday.

He said that the plan had already been agreed with local authorities and endorsed by the Transport Ministry.
