KIEV, Aug. 14 - Foreign direct investment in Ukraine in the form of share capital on July 1 amounted to $50.02 billion, which is $6.77 billion, or 11.9% less than at the beginning of the year, the State Statistics Service reported.

The service noted that non-residents in January-June this year invested $1.298 billion and at the same time took out $660 million, but the negative exchange rate difference amounted to $7.34 billion.
