BRUSSELS, Aug. 5 – Former President Viktor Yanukovych, his two sons - Viktor and Oleksandr, and businessman Serhiy Kurchenko have appealed to the European Court in Luxembourg against the sanctions imposed by the European Union on them.

Four corresponding lawsuits which were filed on May 14 and 15 were published in the Official Journal of the European Union and posted on the Access to European Union law Web site on Monday.
